Domestic orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days. For international shipping, delivery usually takes 7 to 10 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing a tracking number and a link to the courier partner's website to monitor your shipment in real-time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy for unused items with original tags and receipts. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
